At Sutphen, we understand the importance of service after the sale. With an entire wing of our new 185,000-square-foot facility dedicated to service, parts and warranty, Sutphen’s post-purchase customer experience is on full display.

The expansive service wing of Sutphen’s new facility can comfortably accommodate 15 apparatus at once, allowing Sutphen’s certified emergency vehicle technicians the ability to efficiently and effectively work on apparatus from inside the facility.

This expansive space is complete with state-of-the-art tools and equipment, a fab shop within facility, a hydraulics workspace and much more.

Beyond servicing apparatus, the Service and Parts wing of the facility is home to a customer parts pickup Sutphen Service, Parts and Warrantydesk and lounge area. For those customers who prefer picking up parts in-person, compared to shipping parts, Sutphen offers a parts-specific entrance and welcome desk.
