Megan Phelps is a fifth-generation Sutphen family member and is the President of Sutphen Hilliard & East as well as the Vice President of Sutphen Corporation.

In her leadership role, Megan collaborates closely with the teams at Sutphen’s Hilliard and East facilities to ensure operational stability and drive continued success. Her previous experience within the family business spans key areas including marketing and project management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the company’s operations and culture.

In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Megan is a member of Sutphen Corporation’s executive board, where she contributes to long-term business planning and strategic direction across the organization.
