Scioto Township Fire Dept. Commercial Point, OH (1) Shield S2 Chief Chip Welch of Scioto Township Fire Department of Commercial Point, Ohio recently took delivery of this Sutphen Aluminum Body S-2 Rescue Pumper Body. The apparatus has a 62” cab extension with a 10” raised roof. The engine is a Cummins ISL 425HP with an Allison EVS3000 transmission. The pump is a Hale QMAX 1500 GPM and a 1000 gallon water tank. It is equipped with a Hale 5.0 Foam system. The unit features a Smart Power 8 KW Hydraulic and Scene lighting all around the vehicle. The apparatus was sold and serviced by Harry Sutphen.

Rome VFD Proctorville, OH (1) Shield S3 Chief Dave Clark III of Rome Township Fire Department in Proctorville, Ohio recently took delivery of this Sutphen Aluminum Body S-3 Rescue Pumper Body. The apparatus has a 62” cab extension with a 10” raised roof. The engine is a Cummins ISL 400HP with an Allison EVS3000 transmission. The pump is a Hale QMAX 1500 GPM and a 1000 gallon water tank. It is equipped with a Hale 2.1 Foam system with a 20 Gallon Foam Tank. The unit features a Smart Power 10 KW Hydraulic and Scene lighting all around the vehicle. The apparatus was sold and serviced by Thomas Schafer & Harry Sutphen.

Newton Fire Department North Carolina (1) Monarch Rescue Chief Kevin Yoder of the Newton Fire Department recently took delivery of this Sutphen Aluminum Body Monarch Pumper. The apparatus has a tremendous amount of features that is required by the department. The cab is a Sutphen Monarch extended cab with overhead interior EMS compartments. The engine is a Detroit Diesel 490 HP with an Allison EVS4000 transmission. The pump is a Hale QMAX 1500 GPM and a 750 gallon water tank. Note the full height 72” tall rescue compartments with full depth top to bottom. The apparatus has a Smart Power 6 KW PTO generator with telescoping lights and electric cord reels. There are four receivers around the apparatus for a portable wench. The extended front bumper houses a 1-3/4” trash line with an Akron in-line class B foam eductor and a 20 gallon foam cell. This is the third Sutphen pumper for Chief Yoder as well as a 100 Ft. Sutphen Aerial Platform. The apparatus was sold and serviced by Stevens Fire Equipment, Inc..

West Stanly Fire Dept. North Carolina (1) Refurbished SP 100 Aerial Platform Chief Dennis White, of the West Stanly Fire Department previously Locust Fire Department recently took delivery of this 100 Ft. Sutphen seasoned aerial platform. The apparatus features a new Sutphen cab and chassis, new all stainless steel body, new Hale 1500 GPM pump and Smart Power 6 KW generator. The department requested a brow light as well as a Federal Q Siren. Complete LED light package and a back up camera. The apparatus was sold and serviced by Stevens Fire Equipment, Inc.. This is considered a refurbished aerial platform but titled 2008 saving the fire department thousands of dollars.

High Falls Fire Dept. North Carolina (1) Shield Series S3 Chief Toby Bates of the High Falls Fire Department, Moore County North Carolina recently took delivery of this Stock Shield S3 Pumper. The apparatus features a top mount control panel, Sutphen Cab with a ISL 425 HP engine and a Allison EVS3000 transmission. The apparatus has a Smart Power 8 KW PTO generator with a Command light tower and two telescoping lights on the rear of the cab. Hale 1500 GPM pump, deck gun discharge and a LDH discharge on the right side of the apparatus. The pumper has a 1000 Gallon water tank and a lot of extra’s. The apparatus was sold by Tripp Crosby of Stevens Fire Equipment, Inc., North Carolina.

Bethesda Community Fire Dept. North Carolina (1) SL 75 Aerial Ladder Chief Robert Andrews of the Bethesda Community Fire Department recently took delivery of this Sutphen 75 Ft. aerial ladder. The aerial ladder features a Sutphen Cab with a C13 Caterpillar engine and a EVS4000 Allison automatic transmission. , all stainless steel painted body, two hydraulic hose reels in the rear compartment, full height left side rescue compartment, Smart Power PTO 6 KW generator with brow light, side scene lights and two telescoping flood lights. On the fly section of the aerial waterway is a 2-1/2” gated connection for advancing a hose line on upper floors of a building or on the roof. This apparatus was sold and serviced by Stevens Fire Equipment, Inc. of North Carolina.

Shirley Fire Department Indiana (1) Shield Series S1 Shirley Fire Department has taken delivery of a 2008 Sutphen S-1 pumper. The unit includes a 425 hp Cummins ISL engine, 1500 GPM Hale Q-Max pump, 1000gpm water tank, Smart Power 10 kw hydraulic generator, Air Conditioning, Whelen warning lights, Robinson roll-up doors, Sigtronics intercom system and a color rear view camera. This truck replaces a 1976 Sutphen custom pumper. The unit was sold by Jason Frankle.

Pekin Fire Company Sanborn, NY (1) SP 70 Pekin Fire Company, Sanborn New York has taken delivery of their new 2008 Sutphen SP 70 Platform. This unit includes a 435hp Cummins ISM, 1500 GPM Hale Q-Max pump, 500 water/30 gallon foam, Smart Power 10kw generator, Elkhart Wireless monitor, A/C, and Sutphens famous bolted stainless steel body. This is the Pekin Fire Companies 4th Sutphen. New apparatus was sold by Tim Norris/Dan Herb

Westmoreland City VFD Pennsylvania (1) Shield Series S1 The Westmoreland City VFD has taken delivery of their new 2008 Supthen Shield series S1. This unit features 6 man cab, Cummings 425 HP engine, 1500 gpm pump, 750 gallon water tank, 30 gallon foam tank, TFT deck gun, 10kw Generator, Electric Cord reel, Whelen LED lighting package, Aluminum body with roll up doors. 10 Discharges with 4 preconnects. 1100 feet of 5 inch LDH. This is the first custom pumper in approximatly 10 years.

Lehigh Acres Fire and Rescue Florida (1) SP 70 Lehigh Acres Fire and Rescue has taken delivery of their 2008 Sutphen SP-70 Platform. Their unit features a 62" cab and 10" raised roof, (2) EMS cabinets in Cab, Keyless Entry for the Cab, 500 hp Cummins ISM Engine, Allison 4000 Transmission, Severe Duty A/C, 1500 GPM Waterous Pump, 500 gal Tank, Rescue Style Stainless Steel Body, Quint Ground Ladders, Whelen LED Warning Lights, 10KW Smart Power Generator, Command Light Tower on Cab. Booster Reel in Front Bumper, Electric Cord reel, and Stokes basket storage on boom. This apparatus was sold by David Stonisch of South Florida Emergency Vehicles.
