Maynard Fire Department New York
(1) Monarch Custom Pumper
Sutphen East is proud to announce the delivery of Maynard, NY Custom Pumper. This unit features a Sutphen custom chassis with 425HP ISL Cummins, 15” raised roof and seating for 6. The Apparatus also has a HALE 2000 GPM QMAX pump, 2 speed lays, 2 crosslays, and deck gun. The generator is a Harrison 20KW. The tank holds 750 gallons of water / 50 Foam. Stainless body, ROM roll up doors, upper hatch compartments and custom ladder storage complete this vehicle. This apparatus was sold by Phil Vander Molen.

Village of Scotia New York
(1) SP 95 Aerial Platform
The Village of Scotia, NY Fire Department has taken delivery and is putting into service a new 2010 Sutphen SP95, Low Rail Aerial Platform to replace its current 27 year old 1983 Sutphen Tower. This new beast, like, the original, features a Huck Bolted aluminum box boom aerial with a 1000# capacity—however, this truck has significantly more storage capacity with the “high side/low side” body layout. The truck is powered by a 500 HP Cummins ISM motor. The truck has a 1500 GPM Hale Qmax pump and there is a special ladder compliment designed by the truck committee. The body is stainless steel and the truck carries 300 gallons of water. A 15KW Onan Hydraulic generator powers the dual Hannay cord reels and the Fire Research Optimum Lighting. This truck has to be built extra low and extra short to fit into the original fire station. Phil Vander Molen sold this truck.

Fairmount Fire Department New York
(1) Custom Monarch Pumper
The Fairmount Fire Department Inc. of Syracuse, NY has recently taken delivery and placed in service this new 2010 Sutphen Monarch Engine with “Rescue Capabilities”. This truck has all the special features: Amkus Rescue tool, reel and 2” hoseline in the front bumper. Whelen LED lighting as well dual Mars 888’s and a traffic clearing Roto-Ray. The Fire Research lights, light tower, and dual Hannay electric cord reels are powered by a 20KW Smart Power hydraulic generator. The Cab is the large Sutphen Monarch cab with special transverse compartments. A 500 HP Cummins ISM powers the rig and churns the Hale Qmax 2000 GPM pump which also fires a flame killing Akron Deckmaster/Sabermaster remote control deck gun. The truck carries 1000 Gallons of water and also has a Foam Pro 5.0 Class A foam system, and Dual Master Intake Valves. Hand Painted custom lettering and all graphics was provided by artist Robert Whelan. The new Pride of the Fairmount Fleet was sold by Phil Vander Molen.

(1) Monarch Rescue Pumper
Sutphen East is proud to announce the delivery of Lancaster, NY Custom Pumper. This unit features a Sutphen custom chassis with 435HP ISM Cummins, 10” raised roof and seating for 8. The Apparatus also has a HALE 1750 GPM QMAX pump, Foam Logix 2.1 system, 3 speed lays and deck gun. The generator is a Smart Power 15KW. The tank holds 750 gallons of water and 30 gallons of Foam. Stainless steel body, ROM roll up doors and rear ladder chute complete this vehicle. This apparatus was sold by Tim Norris/Dan Herb.

Metz Fire Department Indiana
(1) C Series C5
Chief Rich Enfield and the Metz Fire Department recently took delivery of this Sutphen C5 pumper. This unit includes an International 4400 Series 4-door cab, 1250 gpm Hale pump, 1000 gallon water tank, Whelen LED lighting package, 3/16” extruded aluminum body, Fire Research 1000W telescoping lights, and a Kussmaul pump plus system. This truck was sold by Andy Herb.

The unit features the P8 Body Design, Detroit Series 60 Engine 515hp, UPF Poly 1000 Tank, Hale 8FG 3000 GPM Pump, National Foam Servo Command 300 System, Whelen LED Light Package, Smart Power 8KW Genertator, Akron Renegade

Dagsboro Fire Department Delaware
(1) Custom Pumper/Tanker
Sutphen East is proud to announce the delivery of Dagsboro, DE Pumper / Tanker. This unit features a Sutphen Tandem axle custom chassis with 500HP ISM Cummins, 15” raised roof and seating for 6. The Apparatus also has a HALE 2000 GPM QTWO pump, Foam Pro 2001 system, 3 speed lays, front and rear suctions and deck gun. The generator is a Smart Power 15KW. The tank holds 2500 gallons of water and 30 gallons of Foam. Aluminum extruded body, ROM roll up doors and Zico ladder rack complete this vehicle. This apparatus was sold by Emergency Equipment Sales of NJ.

Fuller Road Fire Department New York
(1) SPH 100 Aerial Platform
Fuller Road has received its 3rd Sutphen Tower, since 1970, to replace the existing 1990 Sutphen. This new SPH 100 will serve along side their new Sutphen Monarch Pumper, 412.
The Tower features a 1000 Pound Tip Load, 2000 GPM waterway. The body is stainless steel. Scene lights are made by Fire Research and Whelen. The warning lights are Whelen.
The pump is a Hale Qmax 2000 GPM pump with a 300 gallon water tank. All discharge valves are Akron Navigator 9315 Electric with Flow Meters. There is a Fire Com head set system installed as well. An Onan 15KW hydraulic generator powers the Hannay reels and FRC lights. This Tower is first due during the day to the majority of the Town of Colonie, outside of Albany, NY.

(1) SL 104 Aerial Ladder
Chief Pagan Jr. and the City of Durham Fire Department recently took delivery of this Sutphen 104 Ft. aerial ladder. This apparatus features a Cummins ISM 450 HP engine with a Allison EVS4000 transmission. Hale 1500 GPM pump, 300 Gallons of water. 6 KW Smart Power generator with telescoping lights. The apparatus was sold and serviced by Stevens Fire Equipment, Inc. Morganton NC.

Franklin Township VFD North Carolina
(1) Rescue Pumper
Fire Chief is John Thomason Jr and the Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Department of North Carolina, recently took delivery of this Sutphen. This pumper is unique as it has a Sutphen Shield Cab and chassis with a Monarch pump house and Monarch Body. The apparatus features a Cummins ISL 425 HP engine with a Allison EVS3000 transmission. Hale 1500 GPM pump with a top mount control panel. 1000 Gallon water tank with a rear quick fill and a 6” rear jet assist dump. Booster reel , Ladders, pike poles and backboard compartment recessed in the right side of the body. Truly a workhorse pumper/tanker. The apparatus was proudly sold and serviced by Stevens Fire Equipment, Inc. of Morganton NC.
