Norvelt Volunteer Fire Department Pennsylvania
(1) Shield Series S-1
The Norvelt VFD has taken delivery of their new Sutphen Shield Series S1 pumper. Located 30 miles east of Pittsburgh, Norvelt is a first time Sutphen customer. Their new unit, with a short maneuverable wheelbase, features a Cummins ISL 425HP engine, 1500 gpm Hale QMAX pump, 750-gallons water, all LED emergency lighting, and an electric ladder rack. This apparatus was sold by Jeff Britt and Tom Freeman of Jeff Britt Fire Apparatus Sales and Service.

Woodruff Fire Department SC
(1) Shield Series S4
The City of Woodruff, South Carolina has recently taken delivery of a Sutphen S-4 Shield Series Pumper. It features a 1500 GPM Hale Pump and a 750 Gallon Poly Tank. The unit also has On-Spot Tire Chains, Allison Automatic Transmission, and A Cummins 400hp ISL Engine. It carries an onboard laptop computer, 1200' 5" Hose, Genesis Rescue Tools, A Thermal Imaging Camera, A Gas Monitor, and complete line of handtools, assorted saws, and various other equipment. The unit is the first of three (3) Sutphens to be delivered to the City of Woodruff, with an identical S-4 Shield Series Engine and a SP70 Platform due later this year. The unit was sold by Tripp Crosby of Stevens Fire Equipment of North Carolina.

Lee Fire District Lee Center, NY
(1) Shield S1
The Town Of Lee Fire District has accepted delivery of a 2009 Sutphen Shield S1 aluminum pumper. It features a 1500 GPM Hale Qmax pump. The truck carries 1000 gallons of water. The wheelbase is 170”, enabling it to go just about anywhere in the fire district! OnSpot Chains are on the rear axle. The engine is a 400HP Cummins ISL. Fire Research Lighting is powered by a 5000 watt Honda Generator. The front suction swivel is set up to be preconnected for quick drafting.

Oriskany Falls Fire Dept. New York
(1) Ambassador Pumper
Oriskany Falls has put in service a 2009 Sutphen Ambassador Pumper Tanker with a Stainless Steel body and subframe. It features a Hale Qmax 1500 GPM pump and a Poly 1500 gallon tank. Allowing it to serve as a tanker if necessary, there are (3) 10” Newton Dumps. A Cummins ISL 370 HP motor pulls the truck through the hills and valleys of Oneida County. The rear axle was geared for a top speed of 59 mph, allowing the engine to really pull it efficiently. Whelen warning lights and tank indicator lights as well as Fire Research HID Scene lights light up the rig. Ladders are stored in the body, beside the tank so that a Zico Quick Lift Pond rack and Fold-a-tank 2000 gallon pond can be stored on the right side of the truck. Sutphen appreciates the opportunity to work with Oriskany Falls on their first Sutphen. It was sold by Phil Vander Molen.

Fuller Road Fire Department New York
(1) Monarch Pumper
Chief Kevin Terry and the FRFD has received it’s first Sutphen pumper to work along side of their 1990 Sutphen Tower. It features a 450 HP Cummins engine, 2000 gpm Hale Qmax pump. The water tank holds 750 gallons of water. Warning and scene lights (12v) are by Whelen. It features all Akron Navigator flow meters and valves as well as a remote controlled Akron Deckmaster monitor. The Cab is Sutphen’s long Monarch cab with seating for 8 and features special transverse cab compartments. The bumper drops down and exposes a front suction inlet. The hosebed is ultra low, city style.

Macedon Fire Department Village of Macedon, NY
(1) SL 75
Chief Tim Wilcox and the Village Of Macedon, NY Fire Department has taken delivery of its first Quint, a Sutphen SL75 Heavy Duty Aerial Ladder. The body is stainless steel. The motor is a 425HP Cummins. It runs a 1500 GPM Hale Qmax pump. Scene lighting is handled by Fire Research HID lights. The truck has a 500 gallon Poly water tank. Whelen LED lights are use for warning. The unit was sold by Phil Vander Molen.

(1) Monarch Rescue
Liberty Twp Fire Department in Raymond, OH has recently taken delivery of a 2009 Sutphen Custom Pumper. This unit has a Cummins ISL 400HP Engine, Hale Qmax 1500GPM Pump, FoamPro 2002 Foam System, 1000 gallon Poly tank, Onan 10KW Generator, David Clark intercom system, Hannay electric cord reels, Whelen L.E.D Emergency lighting package, Secure-all S.C.B.A. Locking System inside the cab, and a 4-bottle Cascade system. The truck was sold by Andy Herb.

Defiance Fire and Rescue has taken delivery and a new Monarch Custom Pumper. This unit has a Cummins ISL 400HP Engine, Hale Qmax 1500GPM Pump, 750 gallon Poly tank, Smart Power 10KW Generator, (2) Hannay electric cord reels, Whelen L.E.D Emergency lighting package, Secure-all S.C.B.A. Locking System inside the cab. The unit was sold by Andy Herb.

Wabash Fire Department Indiana
(1) Monarch Pumper
Wabash Fire Department has recently taken delivery of a 2009 Sutphen Custom Pumper. This unit has a Cummins ISL 400HP Engine, front and rear disk brakes, Hale Qmax 1500GPM Pump, 650 gallon Poly tank, Onan 8KW Generator, TFT electric deck gun, (3) Hale master intake valves, 200’ booster reel, a Hannay electric cord reels, Whelen L.E.D Emergency lighting package, Secure-all S.C.B.A. Locking System inside the cab. This is Wabash’s first Sutphen truck and was sold by Andy Herb.

Teaneck Fire Department New Jersey
(1) SPH 100 Aerial Platform
The Teaneck Fire Department has recently taken delivery of a new Sutphen SPH 100 Aerial Platform. The unit features the following:
62" flat roof cab with seating for six, 500 ISM Cummins motor, 1750 Hale Single stage pump, 15 kw onan generator, 5000 lbs Warn reciever winch with three pulling points, 9000 watts of 120volt scene lighting, 500 watts of 12volt scene lighting, Air hook-up in bucket to run air -powered tree saw, stokes basket option under bucket, 149 total feet of ground ladders, custom rolled plastic sheet dispenser and roof saw storage. The unit was sold by Jason Frankle.
